When you fork up internet explorer because you have nothing better to do.

Second windows 10 comes with both edge and ie11 so you can use either or a third party browser.
The default file explorer on windows 10 is very powerful and has years worth of features but the design is archaic.

If i clicked on a folder it will not open in windows explorer it will open using a different explorer.
